Short week for me (3days!!) then 4 days next week!! I am looking forward to some time off. not sure if we will do anything but hang out at the house.. and I am ok with that. will give me time to work on some projects.and movie watching catch up :)

Hello Everyone!
I was able to spend a few days with my son in StL last week. I love him so much. I also attended the wedding of a dear friend’s daughter and my son was my DATE, it has been a long time since he and I had a date. We used to do this all the time but with him in StL it doesn’t happen very often now.
I missed a lot I know but you all are always in my heart. Love you all much.
Love you too, MB! I love spending time with my sons, and harder to do as they get older.
Two more days of school! Ahhhhhhh.
I’m so not a morning person, but I guess the Lord (or a cat) woke me up at 430 to see the sunrise today, my 45th birthday. Judging by the women in my mom’s side, I have thirty more years. The women on my dad’s side live much longer. Of course, my sis died at 57. I guess only He knows and he ain’t tellin’.
AnnO, so very sorry to hear about your husband’s passing. Know that our hearts are with you and you have friends here, always.

Mornin. Happy Birthday, Clucky. We are still in Panama City Beach. Absolutely gorgeous weather down here. We’re going swimming with the dolphins tomorrow. That should be lots of fun! There are no crowds this week. The beach outside my condo is completely empty right now. We haven’t had to wait in any lines anywhere. Could not have asked for a better vacation!

I neeeeeeed somebody to get a holt of Legal Eagle. I don’t have her phone number or email address. I’m gonna do my cook page on some of the recipes from the blog. I’ve already got Ole Boppers brownies to die for and a spice cake recipe. I need six or seven more. I’m gonna write about how y’all are family and such and use the picture of us at the pic a nic. Oh y’all, today was all about food. I’m STUFFED. We ate at Old Mexico this evening-my aunt took me to dinner and we had the best visit!

Kiddo went parasailing this morning. I think she enjoyed it, but said it is definitely a ONCE in a lifetime thing. This afternoon we are swimming with the dolphins. That’s the thing I’ve been looking forward to.

Good grief the flies are awful this year!!
Another evening of movies and grooming dogs. Tonight’s selection is Puddles, our now-blind pekapoo. She’s the sweetest of all our babies :)
Last night Chicklette and I went to a friend’s house for the bon voyage party for their Italian exchange student. He’s one of those people that makes you feel better just by being around him. He will truly be missed!
