The “Downton Abbey” cartoon yesterday went viral. It was shared over 24,000 times on Facebook alone. Even Anne Rice used it on her page.

I found your cartoon in some unusual places too! I shared it as well for by friend in Tacoma, WA-who of course, shared it too. I may have also seen it on George Takei’s page (Star Trek “Oh Myyyy” guy).

Mornin. I did not share that cartoon as I had no clue what a “Downton Abbey” is. In fact, when I saw the cartoon, my first thought was that “Downtown” had been misspelled. Guess I’m out of the loop. I gather from my quick Google search that it is a PBS show. I haven’t watched anything on PBS since Kiddo outgrew Sesame Street, except maybe a high school football championship game or two. I don’t even know what channel it is on AT&T Uverse.
Don’t let those lawyers suck the life out of you so that you don’t know or care what’s going on in the outside world. They had the Grammy awards the other night and the Academy Awards are coming up Sunday night.
I despise award shows. All they do is keep me from watching what I like. Lawyers have nothing to do with me not watching PBS. It is personal preference.

Good morning! I have a smart phone class this morning at 10:00 and I’ve been invited by a retired judge to play bridge tonight with people who have been playing together for 50 years. I think I’m going to provide them with fresh meat and I’ve very, very scared…well, about as scared as a lawyer has ever made me…on second thought, that never happened. I think I can; I think I can; I know I can.
Mawnin’. Sitting in a House Education Subcommittee hearing on consolidating Hinds AHS with the Hinds County school district. Hinds AHS has been a failing district for many years but, they claim they have a plan to make it an acceptable district. From that district I’m hearing “We’re going to” a whole lot.
And how many years have they been “going to”? Perhaps I am getting cynical in my old age, but for me that falls into the “Yeah, I’ve heard that before” category.
Morning. I ‘kidnapped’ a dog last night. She is pretty special. She stayed inside all night and didn’t chew anything up and waited until this morning to do her business. She is trained on a leash and her nails are clipped. I put an ad in today’s paper. I hope her owners come forward.
So how is your day? Oh! Guess what? I took my Christmas tree down Sunday. okay okay, so it was a dried up piece of cedar. But life has just been either too cold or too busy.

Obviously I’m not much of a PBS watcher either. I’ve never heard of that show.
But then, I only have about three shows that I follow on tv anyway. When I get home I’m outside with the chickens and dogs or I’m trying to clean house [don’t do that toooo well] or drawing or building fires or … well you get the picture.
