I really want an iPad 2. Right now. Not tomorrow. Now. And I can’t seem to get my hands on one — DID I MENTION I WANT IT NOW! But I can wait for however long it takes to get one. Why?
I’m watching the Japanese patiently wait for food, water, shelter and gas (I remember trying to get gas after Katrina.
Complaining about not being able to get a toy just doesn’t seem right.
How true this is. We always want it now.
First of all, prayers still going up for the Japanese.
Second: the iPad looks neatopeachykeen, but I’m a heavy user of Flash games. I have a 3rd gen iPod Touch, which I adore: it’s like a whole entertainment package, and it fits in the front pocket of my purse. But because it’s not set up to use Flash, it get s aggravating from time to time. My iPod is enough for on the go stuff: I can pack my laptop for anything else. :)
The news in the Japan times online is truly heart rending. Although, there are bright spots and folks who can are beginning to struggle to their feet, the work of recovering and identifying the dead is daunting. They are having to resort to taking pictures for identification. The sleet and snow isn’t helping with recovery efforts either.
