Happy to see the new FFA! I’m home in my bed, still on the mend. My Sam-looking cat keeps laying on me, and 4 of the 5 dogs have me surrounded. I think they missed me!

WOW.. nearly 4pm before I get to make it here.. been busy.. Past week has been crazy… Friday I ended up in the ER here at work with a kidney infection…I am much better now.. but it really kicked my tail. Clucky I hope you are on the mend, and prayers for the interview. PM – thinking about you dear.

Mornin. Kiddo and I are going to Delhi, LA on Friday to the Wild Country Safari Park. Anybody been there? I’ve heard good and bad about it.
Evening. I know birds should be asleep at 1122 on but just haven’t made it there yer. We have been at moms spending time with my brother who will soon be loving in California at least it is closer than Alaska somewhat.
I’ve been busy at work trying to get ahead again. Will be out Friday with CardinalSom. He is having hernia surgery. Please pray for him I will pro a my talk mor Fri since ill be in the waiting room

Happy Birthday to Thing 1 and Thing 2!
Happy birthday yesterday to the twins!!
We cooked homemade Alfredo sauce, served over grilled chicken and bow tie pasta, followed by a Super Mario birthday cake! We had a really fun evening, just the five of us. While we cooked, we could hear the kids visiting and laughing. We talked about one day there will be six, then grandkids. I know why my Mom was always smiling while she cooked big dinners for all of us :)
I checked on the job-the doctor hasn’t started interviewing, so there’s hope yet! I really really need this job!! Still praying!
Afternoon – A somewhat busy week. Thanks for the well wishes – I am so much better.
M found out she is going to get to be an RA this year.. (yeah help with tution) – but just found out she has to move in next friday. Have a week to get everything ready. She is excited and looking forward to the new challenge.
happy belated b-day to the twins! And clucky – positive thoughts for the job interview (and lots of prayers) we know these things work and HE has a plan for us all.

Afternoon folks. I’ve been busy and lazy since I got back from Florida. I had a lot of grass to cut when I got back, everything was growed up. Now I need another vacation.
I’m hanging out with Bear, he starts back to school Friday!
Evening. Got CardinalSom home from the hoap a out noon last Friday. Surgery went well. The folks from our church have been auspicious as usual. They have me a choice of having them cook meals or giving is gf cards for food. Said gift cards. My boy hasn’t felt like eating so when he does get well Huddle House here we come!
It sure is hard watching that big strapping boy hobble around though.
Brings donuts in the break room/puts another 12 pack of Diet Dr. Pepper in the fridge/snags a Coke/sits down to eat a donut

Yesterday was open house at our school. Chicklette and I met with the counselor to request a few changes. In the process, she asked if there was any way she could graduate a year early. After reviewing her GPA, credits, and rechecking her schedule, why yes, yes she can! So she is now squeezing three years into two years! WOW!
Congrats to Chicklette! We looked into that for Kiddo, too, and she could have if not for the senior project requirement.

Welp. I was transferred to another rig by customer request. It’s nice to be wanted I reckon. Too bad it won’t translate to more money in the checkin’ account. I’ve had 48 hrs off in the last 35 days. I really am glad to have a job, but, I’m a little tired.
