Good morning, all!
Mark and I get to talk about experiments today! I built him a smoke machine yesterday out of a really big mayonnaise jug, and aquarium gravel cleaner and a part from the Co-Op.
It’s 6:36 a.m.
6:39 am. Mawnin’ y’all. Thinking about a long ride before I start painting the dining room.
Good morning again to everyone. Hey it’s Wednesday, YAY!!!!!!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed day. Prayers and hugs for all in need.
Molly I know life will be different, but you know Roller dog is no long hurting or rolling. He is running his little self silly :)
8:20 a.m. Good Morning! Where in the world has JB been lately?
I’ve got to run to Pearl to pick up luncheon tickets for this month, which will be a pot luck lunch (my favorite kind) and then run to Brandon to play bridge at 12:30.
Mornin. It was rough at our house last night. Hubby is really taking the loss of Roller Dog hard. He was still crying this morning…and he’s not an emotional man at all! Life will be easier without the little guy. He was a lot of work, but it was always a labor of love, and we didn’t complain…too much.
Mornin!
I was running late this morning and have a busy day ahead. Molly, still thinking of you and yours dealing with your loss. I’m sorry, dear!
morning gang!
hope everyone has a great day!
OB: just saw your message on yesterday’s FFA. We didn’t season tickets this year to the M-Braves, but we usually are in section 103 when we go – as close to the field as we can get. If the girls are with us we put them on the hill cause they rarely sit down, they rather socialize and only find us for food money.
Down near Dean Kirby? We had season tickets on the front row there adjacent to the Braves dug out for a couple of years. My favorite seat is a handicapped seat in the very next section. If nobody is using it, I usually will sit there or in a similar spot along the first base line.
This is the third base side just pass the dug out (the first field section). I believe Dean Kirby’s sits in 104 or 105 behind the dug out. We usually have all the autographer seekers in our seats or in front of us till the game starts.
OB, I had run across that Rainbow Bridge poem in 2008 when I was researching Buddy’s medical problems that caused his paralysis. It is a great poem. There are online support groups for families with dogs that have IVDD (invertebra disc disease) and one of them had it posted.
Morning friends. Watch the heat today if you have to be outside.
Molly do sorry hubby was still down this morning. Still praying for you all.
I agree where is JB?
do–so
Morning!! Flying through! Gotta go see my favorite mayor. I could use a gallon of unsweet tea right now.
Morning all.
tacos for lunch. although the shells broke basically had taco salad.
Waiting on the FedEX truck. They wouldn’t leave a package on Saturday because it requires a signature. Said they would make an attempt to deliver over the next three business days. Yesterday, I waited….no attempt to deliver. They say the package is on the truck and will be delivered today. I have the sticker signed and on the door, but this is not something I want to just leave sitting out.
jb is right here.
Yesterday was the end of the month. No time for socializing.
Hey, JB. Thought of you in Branson. Saw a restaurant called The Rowdy Beaver.
OB, I would have thought that a signature would have been required for a large computer monitor, but they left it on our front porch while we were at the beach Saturday.
Whew! It’s hotter than a nannie goat in a pepper patch, eating two rows at a time.
I had some really sucky cards today, then had to go swap out our digital cable box. They sent a signal to it yesterday, but that didn’t totally fix it. They have quit making the cable boxes with the clock on them and I miss my clock. I thought they were just out last time I swapped boxes, but found out today that they had quit making them.
I have never heard that saying LegalE —“It’s hotter than a nannie goat in a pepper patch, eating two rows at a time.”
Boule is getting ready for the dance. He’s sporting Cobra Highway Bars and a new set of hard saddlebags. My light bar is in but I have to go to V’burg to get it. Maybe I can do that tomorrow.
Dang! It’s rather warm outside.
I thought you were going to paint today? I guess the boys toys came first!!! LOL!
getting around that time to start wrapping things up. hope everyone has a great evening.
wish our pool was fixed cause it sure would be nice to be in this evening.
I heard on one radio station our high was 100 and another saying it was 99. Does anyone know forsure how hot it was?
I only know it was HOT!!!!!!! Gonna’ be hotter tomorrow!
Evenin!
Good report from Big Sis today about Poppy. She is doing well. Eating well and sleeping better every day! Next thing you know, she’ll be graduating from college…
In other news. I got a letter from AARP today. No, I don’t want to talk about it.
It’s HOT!!! But, I keep reminding myself that my BIL (bless his heart) is enduring 115-125 degrees where he is, and NO it’s not dry heat! It’s humid as all getout! So, when I’m hot, I think about him…and what Big Sis will be going back to soon.
Hey all, I talked to Coop earlier. Guess what is in my backyard. The momma cat to the two that I have been working with for the past year along with the one the neighbor took in and hand fed. She has a red headed step child probably 5-6 wks old. I don’t know how to judge age other than she can see me and runs under our storage shed.
My two fixed girls are still acting normal, but the neighbors cat that hasn’t been outside since being kicked out of the litter has stopped using the litter box. She pee’s where ever then walks up to the litter box and poops on the floor. They have yet to have their female spaded. Does anyone know if this is a hormanal thing with cats, maybe since she has been in heat and sinces another female near by that is causing this reaction? I called my neighbor earlier to tell her that the original momma that looks like her cat and my tabby and boy her eyes are wild and glaring as can be.
Goodness gracious its downright muggly outside! And it’s just June 1st!! This could get ugly muggly.
I agree Coop!!!! I could not get any good pics of the gray bobtail momma cat and the red headed step child, LOL!!!! I will try again. Tinker and Itty came in and ate some, then out again. I look for them one more time.
Take pics if you can!
I’m headed to sleepytown. See y’all tomorrow.
pls pray for PD he fell about 10 pm. he is lucky to not be paralized. he broke the 2nd vertbrae in his neck. We are st cmmc since it is closet to Clinton. not in a room or icu yet. he will be wearing a halo for numerous weeks. I knew I married an Angel. can you tell I am whooped at 3:15 a.m..
