Good morning been awake since 5:30 and up since about 6:30. Been to Walmart, sprayed spectracide on my weeds in the courtyard before the get too tall again. I wished I could just spray the whole back yard, but would probably cost too much. One day it needs to be cut and cleaned up.
Heading out for awhile to work and to see some friends in Pelahatchie, possibly go to my brothers in Florence–If he is home. I love it. I get invited down will be off work both days then they were not home on Saturday? hmmmm!!! what to think? j/k
Everyone have a lovely day and Coop enjoy the gardening with Bug today. Enjoy the dirt all over again. Everyone else have fun and play nice.
morning gang! been up a while. Well I will be joining the ranks of wedding planning now. C got engaged last night. We were not surprised were just waiting on the when.

The wedding and reception is over. Everything was perfect! Waiting on the newly weds to call us so we can meet them with luggage as they head out to New Orleans.
Looking forward to seeing the pictures when posted on the photographer’s web site.

back on home, waiting for friends to drop by for a few then may be off to Florence since I did not make it yesterday. We’ll see.

What an awesome weekend! But, I am POOPED! I don’t remember when I’ve had so much fun/work packed into two days. It was worth every minute. I tried to post some pics to fb from my phone last night and it didn’t work. I’m going to see about setting up an album now and see if I can get them posted.
It was a pleasure spending time with Cub. He is an amazing young man and I’m proud to call him my nephew. Then, today, having my eldest granddaughter, Bug, all to myself for most of the day because she wanted to learn about gardening, was an incredible blessing.
I may be pooped, but I am SO happy!!
Coop, glad you had a wonderful time this weekend. Good thing you like dirt :)
PM, yes, it is! I had a shower, but it’ll take another to get the stains from under my nails. I do love dirt!
I’m fighting with fb about the darn pictures. Some won’t upload, then some do, then I can’t edit…just a pain!! Apparently, my friends can see them because I’m getting comments, but I can’t! That’s just weird. My nephew taught me about Twitter this weekend, and I may be totally getting away from fb. It’s about gotten to where it’s more trouble than it’s worth. I’ll just have to see.
I’m really exhausted, so I’m going to try to start winding down and get a good nights sleep. Tomorrow is going to be very busy and long, so I need to get some rest. I’m TIRED, but happy. :)
