   It’s a good bit drier today than yesterday. And we had propane delivered yesterday, which means I had a hot shower this morning, unlike yesterday!!

   I can’t believe that child is still being held in the bunker by that crazy guy outside of Dothan!

   I know, MrsH. Me either! Surely they will be able to get him out today. I’ll bet he is scared to death!

   Made lots of plans last night for our Dad’s birthday on Saturday. We are going to have a blast! Basically cooking and eating our way through the day…two of his favorite things!

   Mornin! The sun is shining the birds are singing the cats are meowing and the dogs are dancing a jig! It is beautiful today. The wind is a bit nippy, but at least it feels like JANUARY. Mom said if January borrows from February you pay it back in March. I hope that doesn’t mean we will have five inches of snow in March. Although I have seen snow and ice the first week of April. I cried. All the dogwood flowers froze. We had a brown Easter.

   Oh MrsH a cold shower isn’t the wake up call I’d want. I’d settle for boiling water and taking an old fashioned granny pan bath. brrrrrrr!

   I have to go set the supervisors straight and draw a card at the same time. Gotta get me some tea done so I can live through the supervisors too. (((((((((hugs)))))))

   Coming back from Brandon yesterday on the interstate, I had to concentrate to hold it in the road. I struggled to keep it between the ditches, shiny side up, dirty side down.

   I have 16 people for bridge at 1:00 p.m., so I guess I’d better figure out what the weather is doing and try to dress accordingly.

   OB sorry your chilli didn’t make the #1 spot this year, but maybe next year it will make it back up there.
