Six weeks of getting up at 3:30 and working out at 5 a.m. is now behind me. I’ve pushed towels, survived Morgan, conquered the treadmill, done bear crawls and run suicides and gauntlets.
It’s halftime.
I’ve lost a whopping eight pounds (two this weigh-in). Not anywhere like last year’s near 50 lb. loss, but I’m stronger, faster and leaner. I’ve made new friendships and conquered new goals.
It’s halftime.
Now it is time to make new goals and set new expectations for the next six weeks. It’s time to become stronger, faster and leaner. And lighter.
It’s halftime.
It’s time to kick it into high gear, worker harder and finish strong.
It’s halftime.
It’s time to take it to the next level.
