Fit-to-Fat-to-Fit Blog: In the long run

I ran my first half marathon since the Mississippi Blues (13.1 miles).  I ran the Blues in two hours and thirty minutes and had trouble with my heart rate soaring to nearly 200 by the end of the race.  Yesterday, I ran it in two hours and ten minutes and my heart rate never got over 160.

My Fit4Change training has paid off.
