   Mornin. My pups looked at me this morning and said, “Seriously? Why are you up so early??” They were still yawning when I left and probably sound asleep by the time I got in the car.

   It’s spring break and Bear has the flu! He’s a disappointed young man. Pray he recovers soon!

   No kidding about the Bear.

   I’ve finally (hopefully) recovered from my 27 hour insomnia feat accompanied by doing WAAAAY too much on Saturday. I slept from Saturday night to early this morning. Spent most of the day today in bed, and through the miracles of modern medication, I’m up again! My rain gauge shows 3″, but surely it jests!

   My friend that did the pics for our wedding is getting married this Saturday :)

   My cancer-fighting friend had his last round of radiation today. He has PET scan #8 in 2 weeks, and is assuming the onslaught of hi-dose chemo will begin again. Esophageal cancer is a monster.

     Welcome back to the world of the living. Guess you didn’t miss that hour that was killer for the rest of us Saturday night.
     I doubt your rain gauge is trying to pull one on you. It REALLY came down last night – all night.

   evening everyone, um, hmmmmm. I have been awake just up to my eyeballs with work and feeling overwhelmed.

   Clucky glad you are better and had some much needed downtown. AW sorry that Bear is sick with the flu. May he recover so he can spend time with you some this week. I think it was yesterday that Blues mentioned seeing his first Dogwood bloom for the year. I still looking for one over here. You all take care and play nice.

   Clucky praying for your friend who has cancer that his PET scan comes back fine.

   Evening folks. Tomorrow’s a big day! PQ comes home after a week in Panama. I’ve got all the dishes washed, the clothes washed, dried, folded and put away, ran the vacuum and petted the cats.

   Clucky, glad you are feeling better. AW, hope Bear gets well quickly. Later folks.

   I’m not sure when I became so busy at work. I guess the end of the year and the new secretary at the same time just made regular progress screech to a halt. It’s slowly coming back to its normal pace, but, dawg! I miss checking in here during the day!
