It did rain – MR. had several loud booms of thunder to wake me during the night.

No rain yet, but apparently the forecasters actually took a look at the sky and radar and upped our chance of rain for today from 30% to 60%.
Morning. It RAAIIINNNEEEDD in Pontotoc. let me tell you. We had another of our now infamous two inch rains in one hour. Last Saturday my yard was a lake and the rain washed up six feet at the bottom of the hill.
CardinalSon and myself and the dogs were snug in the house. So how is your wettish day? My sis made it in from Virginia late yesterday afternoon. I’ve got to try to get some work done so I can take the day off tomorrow to visit with her. later taters.

Hello. Kiddo is begging for short trip to the Alabama Gulf Coast. I’m not a beach person, but would be willing to take her and a friend. Kiddo is willing to kick in her next couple of paychecks toward it. The friend would pay 1/3 of the cost and we found a condo at a decent rate. Hubby, however, is being a stick in the mud. I know we don’t have excess money for it, but sometimes you just have to do things. There was a bit of drama at our house last night over this. I’ll let you know how it works out.
Molly I hope a good decision is reached. I agree a break away is sometimes needed.
