Morning folks, it felt wonderful outside.

Happy Anniversary to MrsH and MrH. I guess your new hair style will be a surprise look for the family when they return.

Worried about my parrot, his veggies made him sick yesterday evening, but he was ok on the pellet food. He’s like me don’t want food so early and will not know if ok till I get home which could be detrimental.

    Y’all have a great day.

Where is everybody? Did y’all forget about telling me something was going on?

Maybe Stormie has decided that he doesn’t like broccoli.

Happy Anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. H!

My car is still down – 2 weeks today, so I’ve caught a ride the few places I’ve been. I’m working at the polls again Tuesday. Not doing much otherwise but climbing the walls.

Thank you, again, for your prayers and good wishes! I finally have Orville back home where he belongs! Hospital sent him home with a boatload of meds and he has a nebulizer to do his breathing treatments here. Sure am glad the pneumonia was diagnosed quickly. Now to just do my best to keep him healthy as he continues to recover and his bone marrow grows – hard to believe that he’s ‘7 months old’… All the nurses on the bone marrow transplant unit were surprised that this was the first time he’s had to return to the unit since a couple of weeks after he first went home. I guess most have to return a few times to get IV antibiotics for illnesses. He’s a strong and fortunate man! And, I’m a very fortunate woman! :-)

Hate that you’re without wheels, LE! I can only imagine how difficult and frustrating that is. Hope it gets better soon.

Afternoon. Somebody let me take a NAP pllleeeaaasssee. I didn’t sleep good last night Kept waking up so i didn’t get that deep sleep that I needed. I’m going home for a nap before church so I won’t fall asleep during prayer meeting.

But enough of that. My CardinalSon was up and out the door at 6 a.m. Put tin on a roof and mowed two yards. Finished around 3. So he has put in two days work while i’ve been here. Had a good productive day though. My editor is worrying my britches off about laying out he paper though. The lady who does it has quit so we are having to plan for the laying out of it ourselves. I’ve been there and done that, but he hasn’t. He doesn’t understand why I’m not pulling my hair out.

It’s all in God’s hands. He doesn’t need my help. He will give me strength for each day’s troubles.

CLady I hope you were able to get a nap in and that you sleep better tonight.

CornPop glad Orville is home and doing better. Great news about his test all being negative for that ugly C word.

My parrot is doing better and has forgiven me for taking him on that joy ride in a heavy rain and him getting those mean ole shots. The vet wouldn’t trim his wings or toe nails he said my baby didn’t need a double helping of misery. It just means I’ll have to take him back in a couple of weeks which will be misery again. Glad the Vet is such a caring person.

Evening. Got the grass cut today. Went to the baseball game this evening and left before it was half over. We were losing 9-0. Real pleased to hear Orville’s status. That’s reason to celebrate!
