MrsH, I just went back and saw your question from last night. Friend is doing well with Jr. In hindsight, I think he got him too quickly, then again, he sure helped get Friend through the days following his loss. After a few days, he started being a little aggravated with him until G and I both talked to him about the fact that he could not make Jr. be Jessie. They have now settled into a comfortable relationship that I believe is growing stronger every day. Thanks for asking!

Mawnin’ gang! Got some stuff to get done today. PQ continues to improve. This morning she tied her on shoelaces and was able to get a coffee filter and make a pot of coffee. I forgot to set it up for her last night.
Glad to know Coop and Panther are excited about reuniting with their Sis later this week. I know you gals will have loads of fun when you get together.

MOrning! Flitting through. Had one of those weekends. Saturday was a rough patch for the family, but Sunday more than made up for it. We take the flowers with the storms. :) WE even had a groundhog to show up for Easter. Nope we didn’t have the Easter Bunny, we had the Easter groundhog. LOL! I’m going to write my column about it and will post it here when I’m done if you all would like to read it.
I have another funny, my sis and her two little grandgirls (ages 3 and 4) were hunting Easter eggs at her house and their dog went to a bush and barked softly two or three times and scared a rabbit out of it. The girls immediately said “The Easter Bunny!” and wanted to chase after it across the street. Cindy told them they had to let the Easter Bunny be on his way to another house. Whew!

Evidently the guy who owned my house before me spilt seed and fertilizer right in front of my front door because it grows faster and thicker than any other part of my yard. It is a pain in the buttocks.
Had a great Easter service yesterday. I have such a great church. We have a group of people who work together and work hard to put on an awesome presentation. It was great. So glad to be called their pastor.
