    Mornin again!

    I just found out my SIL is working 20 hour shifts on the levee at Vburg. Also that my Baby Girl has been very sick. Diabetes sucks.

    Lest we not forget, and we never will, happy birthday to JustJo. I was scanning a long list of “friends I might know” on FB just the other day and her name was on that list. I do miss & think of her often. She touched so many lives…

    Since I am taking off the later part of this coming week and the following Monday going in to the office to play catch up again. I am hoping PD’s friend keeps his word and takes him to Yazoo tomorrow. I need to do some much needed cleaning.

    I think I will attempt to clean my Parrots large cage. I mean extra large it has to go outside can’t fit into the shower. barely goes out the sliding glass door.

    Sittin’ here in St. D since about ten this mornin’. I’ve had a head to toe (sorta) MRI and a needle poked in my spine that I could have gone the rest of my life without having ever experienced again after 2 c/sections. 2 rounds of blood drawing, and more to come.

    Trying to get The Man out of the room for a while so I can catch up on the last 5 or 6 episodes of Gray’s and Private Practice.

    I have yet to see the doctor, and I may not until tomorrow. I hope within a week to have a verdict of some sort. At least I missed out on the spinal headache. Yay!

    Chicklette did an awesome job at Solo and Ensemble Contest this morning. I can’t wait to see her score on Monday, but I have no doubt that she made a superior!

    I’ll check in later.

    Prayers for you Clucky. You are dealing with so much at this time. I hope they find out what is going on with you and that it is treatable. Congrats to Chicklette can’t wait to see how she scored.

    Yes AW been riding the new bike. Actually it’s an ’05 with 1,800 miles on it. I had to change the spelling of it’s name. It’s “Boule”, pronounced Bully. Didn’t want to insult the Ole Miss folks.

    Plan to put Casper up for sale but need to wait on the title to get here. It’s a fun little machine with loads of personality. Bout to get it in the shape I want it in. That doesn’t mean is wasn’t in good condition to begin with. Did some things to it to have a reference point on time and mileage….i.e. changed the oil, put in a new air filter and spark plugs, have the shifter adjusted for easier shifting. Plan to adjust the carb (the mixture is too rich) and set the idle on it. Was thinking about new brakes on the rear, but will probably not do that now. And Casper has a brand new cover to keep the pollen off (ours is not a fully enclosed garage).

    Want to get some things for Boule too. Would like a light bar in front, saddle bags and a cover. And since I don’t plan to ride anybody, I’d like to take the sissy bar off along with the passenger seat. I think it would make for a better looking machine. Checking on that.
