Morning. Just two work days left this week! Yeah!!
Marshall, hope you feel better soon. Remember, if you have to go to the doctor you get a new coloring book & colors. ;)

    Mornin!

Overslept, then got caught in a huge traffic snarl. I hate to start my day like that. Then I read Marshall’s post about the sunrise promise. It gave me a different perspective on my day and everything’s going to be just fine. Thanks Marshall!

    morning gang!

Coop I nearly caught the traffice snarl as well.. saw the sign as soon as I got on 55, I then got off at Elton Rd and started cutting through. Some how I was only 15 minutes late this morning. Plus they are paving Siwell outside my subdivision.
    The joys of morning traffic.

    Everyone have a great day.

good morning again!!! Marshall, I hope the doc gets you fixed up just right.

I am glad to see the rain. but was it in the forecast and I missed it. The car windows are cracked a bit oh well, I am sure my big back side will dry the drivers side really well.

There is a lot of anguish and despair in the world today.

Last sunday my family put it all aside and watched it’s youngest member (10) become baptised. I swear I could feel Miss Lois and Mr. Hubert smiling on us as we gathered for dinner at the old home place where their great grandson is now growing up. It was a day of great joy for our small family.

The old home place has never looked better and is once again full of life and love just like it used to be.

I cried a little on the way home.

Blues. *tears* I know where you are brother. I wish I could give you a hug, but I’ll just have to ask God to hug you gently with the blowing wind.
      (((((((Love you))))))

Blues, real men where pink and sheds a tear when life brings us the wonderful with the sadness. So glad you are willing to share those tears with us.

What a horrible tragedy at I-20 and 220 this morning. An unsuspected soul lost there life this morning in such a freak accident.

  10. Mrs. H says:

    Greetings.
I’ve been having trouble connecting to the MRBA from home. Just plain odd.

I’m in publisher/printer mode this morning. Made 400 postcards for our revival Refresh meeting next month. In color on card stock, duplex. I did them in batches of 25 and hand fed the paper ’cause it tends to stick.

One batch I cut apart before I realized that I hadn’t printed the return address on the other side, so I printed a sheet of address labels for those.

The title of this news story made me chuckle: http://www.wlox.com/story/15283584/sprinkle-tart-charged-with-robbing-man-at-biloxi-hotel

Sprinkle and Tart are the actual last names of these “ladies.”

He got what he deserved. Bet they weren’t counting on him to report it to the police. Wonder if he WAS married at the time.

  12. The Real JB says:

Big news. My church has been renting out a building since I’ve been their pastor and believe it or not we have been out growing our space. There is a church building that is about 10 years old and four miles away on the major highway that has come available. Tonight we are walking thru the facility in preparations of making an offer. I’m nervously excited about this. New facility will give us twice as much worship space. 3 Times as much education space. A small gymn.

  13. OldBopper says:

Early afternoon everybody. Gonna head out to Olive Branch later this afternoon. I have to actually work tomorrow. With luck, I’ll be back in Brandon before the 5 pm traffic. My task at hand should last about three hours in the morning.

  14. OldBopper says:

Blues, pffffftt. No, I’ll set an alarm, if I can remember how. Here in Olive Branch. This was a sleepy little village when we lived here some 20 years ago. No more! It’s a bustling metropolitian area.

  15. dhcoop says:

    Evenin!

  16. parrotmom says:

    Howdy Coop!!!

  17. dhcoop says:

Just had one of those inexpensive chimichangas from Dollar General. I’ve developed quite a liking for those things. Although I think I prefer the chicken. Just had the steak and now looking for dental floss.

Hey PM! Did you get your speakers working right?

  18. Barb says:

JB, praying that the church building is meant for you and your congregation.

Prayer request…Vanessa is a lady that works with the Girl Scouts of Mississippi. She has a recurrence of the cancer she thought she had beat. It is in her bones now. She is a very sweet and precious lady. Please keep her in your prayers.
