Good morning. Headed to the Capitol for what appears to be a full day. Smiles and hugs to all!
Mornin’! 6:38, and I’ve ironed for MF and taken out the trash. When he gets out of the shower, I’ll awaken Sleeping Beauty for her showet. I’ve taken my meds this morning already, so I should be running wide open til at least noon. I didn’t sleep a wink last night. I left one of my novelesque posts on yesterday’s FFA.
It’s drizzling. Blech. At least it isn’t cold, but those of you that commute into Jackson have my sympathies-this is the kind of wet that will have wrecks galore.

Went back and read your post, Clucky. I think we all need a place to get things off our chest. Oh, wait, we do have one!! Thanks to Marshall, we all have one! I wish I was brave enough to put mine into words, but compared to so many on here, mine don’t seem all that important. I do know how it is to miss someone, though. I lost my oldest sister who was my best friend 28 years ago this coming June. I think of her everyday.

good morning everyone. Off to St D to see PD at 10:00 am looking into sitters, adult day care and even possible full time facility. I don’t know really where to start but will talk with case manager at hospital and I have a few calls out.

Morning! I don’t have to go anywhere today! I really can’t tell how Daddy is doing. He’s up one day and down the next. The stroke and the Parkinson’s progression is dramatically slowing things. Mom is so tired she told him yesterday that she needed a day of total rest.

It’s almost total chaos at the Capitol. The Legislature got off to a s l o w start but they’re moving at warp speed now. Most committees have 4 or 5 subcommittee I think all the subcommittees are trying to meet over the next couple of days.
Prayers AW for you, your mom, and your dad. At least your mom decided on her own that she needed the break. Forcing one on her would get either one of you know where.
PD has had what is called subarachnoid hemmorhage. The surgeon came by and the stopped the sedation med and he was still combative and could not follow instruction. So back on the medication.
I think I need a nap this afternoon. this light rain and the lunch i had .. just makes me sleepy. was taken to lunch to Bonsasi by one of the sales guys for a thank you. i am stuff.

Afternoon. Went to my last meeting and decided to come home and watch the House session on the internet. It’s a lot more comfy in blue jeans and a T-shirt.
I got invited to fill in for the Tuesday bridge group and got to enjoy some great buttermilk pound cake and fresh strawberries.
WTH?? Just waited 30 minutes for a train, and when it finally left, another came through before the crossing gates even came up!!

I saw the pic, DWB, that was great! It must be a froggy night. AnnO also posted frog pics (although hers were real)! LOL! I’m always happy when folks see frogs and think of me. :) It makes me proud!
I’m working on a really cool project for one of my boys. So much fun I brought my laptop home to play with it. I love creating things in Access. I need to get a life, I know…
