Good Morning Marshall in Washington D.C from Clinton, MS!

Happy hump day to everyone. I was chuckling at OB’s and AW’s toy list (j/k). The difference between men and boys are the price of their toys. I don’t really think that holds true today. With the toys they are now wanting. Just ask Marshall his 4 yr old loves the iPhone.

Love and hugs to you all, a prayer to all in the need and an extra one or two for CornPop, Orville, and Coop girl don’t get to far in that hole. I hope you guys are starting to see progress in that outhouse you are rebuilding.

Morning. the funeral is this evening.

Hope everyone has a good day. Raining a bit here in central MS.

  3. Mrs. H says:

    Hang in there, Pnc.

Today is El’s birthday. 15 years…..where does the time go?

Em is getting an award at 11th grade awards day. I’ll be going to work late this morning!

  4. parrotmom says:

Happy 15th birthday to El and way to go Em. MrsH I am sure my step daughter age 35 is wondering the same thing with her son graduating high school on the 21st.

Clunky should have Chechens FB status prayers for MF for a speedy recovery.

    • Mrs. H says:

I realize that “Clunky” was a typo, but it makes me smile every time I read past it today. I think she has been having a rather clunky time of it lately. Hoping things improve for all of us that are having a hard time.

  5. parrotmom says:

Pnc prayers for your family for your loss of your extended family.

Mawnin! Soggy, cloudy, and cooler outside this morning. Headed out in a few, in the car, to get a few things for my “trip” to Arkansas.

Had a trio, 2 ladies and one guy walking the neighborhood this morning looking intently at all the houses. Haven’t seen them before. Think I’ll keep an eye out for them for a while until I determine they belong here. They’re not old enough to be retired and were walking at 8:30 in the morning when most people are either at work or going to work.

    • Legal Eagle says:

The walking trail at the Brandon City Center is closed while they do the finishing work on the walls, so maybe some have found an alternate walking path.

    morning gang!

  9. blues4you says:

    Hey folks.

Glad to see the blog up and running.

We relly enjoyed the picnic saturday.

I’m very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, Pnc. A loss like this is so hard to accept. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Not very encouraged about work today. Will soon be to the point of paralysis as for as funds go. Sigh, the story of my life these days.

Had 1″ of rain since yesterday at my little corner of the rez.

Morning! I took Pepper to the groomer this morning and just picked him up. His nose is out of joint now. He hates the groomer but looks much better. I can now see his eyes.

I need to be cutting grass but it rained last night and it’s too wet. Sun is out now and it doesn’t take long to dry!

I do believe the Boss is having a blast even tho it’s work.

  12. Clucky says:

About to ride to Pearl to pick up a dog for my aunt. This should be fun.

  13. Legal Eagle says:

We had the Rankin County seniors picnic this morning and this year it was at the Muse Center at the Rankin campus of Hinds, which is a block from my house. There were booths for vendors, door prizes, a band a lunch provided by Newk’s with a choice of roast beef, turkey or ham sandwich, chips and drinks. Then I had to be at the Brandon Senior Center by 12:30, so I got BE to take me and pick me up afterwards.

Tonight’s my favorite TV night, with Survivor, Criminal Minds and Revenge and Survivor for this season is tonight and then finishes up Sunday night.

  14. msblondie says:

    everyone have a good evening.

  15. cardinallady says:

Me … I was going to work another hour, but I’m DONE. Can’t stare at this screen on more moment. See yall in the morn

  16. Legal Eagle says:

Old Bopper, I notice in today’s paper that Piggly Wiggly has Blue Bell ice cream two for $9.00, but Kroger has it for $3.99 each.

  17. parrotmom says:

Evening everyone is really nice outside.

  18. dhcoop says:

    Evenin!

I see I didn’t manage to even post a “Mornin” this morning. I was at work by 6:30 this morning and it was 3:15 this afternoon that I realized I never had put my makeup on. Not even any lipstick! Guess that says how much I actually look in a mirror during the day…or maybe just how busy I’ve been. It’s all good, though. I’m certainly not complaining.

Happy late evening birthday to El and Congrats to Em!

Hugs to my lil sis, Cub and BIL because I know today was one of the toughest they’ve ever experienced as a family.

I’m going to lay on the couch and watch AI.

  19. Clucky says:

Picked up the dog and delivered to my aunt. Love at first sight for both.

Tim is still sick with the flu. Lotta fun around my house these days!

  20. parrotmom says:

6″25 morning everyone. Happy Thursday –my Friday.

  21. OldBopper says:

Mawnin’ y’all! Pretty day outside! PM, I hope you enjoy your Thursday/Friday. Get to cut grass this morning and then ride to Vicksburg late this afternoon to join with others for our trip to Mountain View, Arkansas.

AW, I like your selection of boots. Wish they came in a narrow or extra narrow size. All I can find are in the $200 range. That’s why I’m wearing my old combat boots for riding.

Wishing all of you a good day filled with smiles and success.
