Good morning. Happy Anniversary to Clucky and Mr Fab. You all have a wonderful hump day.

  2. Mrs. H says:

I am just about caught up from VBS. I think I’m learning how to do the tech set-up (that Mark used to do) for our children’s large group section of Sunday School. I really need to go over to the worship theater and just get on the computer and play with Pro-Presenter. Nothing beats hands-on, do-it-yourself for learning how to do something new. And I am uncomfortable depending on someone else to do things that I am responsible for.

    Hey folks.

    Congratulations Clucky and Mr. Fab!

Sorry to hear about the storm damage, AW. I hope it’s all minor.

Mawnin’. Picked up limbs this morning. Since I had 8 trees cut down earlier this year, my limb pickup has decreased dramatically. It used to take 6 to 8 wheelbarrow loads to get the job done. This morning it took one load for the front and one load for the back yard.

AW, sorry to hear of your damage. Hope you can get it repaired without too much difficulty.

Picking up my FIL tomorrow morning and he and I are headed to the coast. He spent a lot of years there at Keesler when he was in the Air Force. Hasn’t been back since the Casino invasion. We’ll spend the night and come back on Friday. It’s my Father’s Day gift to him.

  7. Airwolf says:

Hey everybody. Has been a busy two days for me. I’ve gotta run home and see Jon Lee. He is leaving me today for parts of Mississippi north of here (booneville) to help my cousin get her yard sale stuff out. I’ll be back later. Promise.

  10. Mrs. H says:

I think I have all the Mad Science Gear for the past 2 year stowed together in a Rubbermaid tub. Now it will be easier to take it on the road if we get the opportunity.

  11. Clucky says:

Thanks for the anniversary wishes :) squeaky clean air filters, ThankYouVeryMuch :D

Listening to MR’s radio show, found out the Neshoba Democrat shut down their Facebook page. Monday, a Philadelphia judge (or lawyer-not sure which) and his wife, had a 3 yr old and a two week old infant. Dad was taking the 3 yr old to daycare; stopped by the courthouse to get some case-related paperwork, gets sucked into the courthouse (we know how that can happen at work), went to his car about noon to leave, having forgotten his sleeping daughter was still in the car and died of heat exhaustion. Of course, this is all what I’ve heard (heresy), and it has ripped the town apart. Anyone that has had a 2 week old knows the glazed eyed going-through-the-motions of returning to work. The father has been called everything from can to can’t, and the Democrat’s Facebook page was blowing up with nasty comments, finger-pointing, etc. We were in Philly yesterday for Chicklette’s orthodontist appt., and everywhere we went, that’s all anyone was talking about. Their church family has split over this as well. I cannot imagine what her family is going through right now.
Thing 2 has moved in next door, as he has a job half a block from here (Subway), and the other roommate moved out last week. That bathroom is still under construction; we are hoping to get them a “pot to p*** in” before the day is out. We’re starting to lay the tile on the floor.
My appt with Dr. K ( same neurosurgeon as PD) is next Monday afternoon. Interested to hear what he has to say about my recovery.
I miss y’all. I did win a $100 Bravo! Gift card, so I am looking forward to some of their awesome crab cakes, so Mr Fab and I will be enjoying some AMAZING noms this weekend :)

Hey Clucky glad to hear that someone still cleans “air filers”.

That is so sad I don’t watch much news anymore. Tell the doc hello if you think about it and be sure and wipe the drool off your lip :)

Happy anniversary, Clucky and Mr. Fab, and many happy more!!! Stacey’s popcorn was awesome and the birds were delighted.

OMG! Dallas started tonight and two new episodes were shown. J.R. hasn’t changed one bit. Larry Hagman, Linda Gray and Patrick Duffy were on the Tonight show last night and they said after all these years and after reading a lot of bad scripts, they finally agreed to bring Dallas back when they got the original screenwriter to do it. It was awesome! If I could find my t-shirt that says “Who Shot J.R.?” I would put it on right now. And I think after two episodes of Love in the Wild, I may be hooked into another adventure love thing. It’s like a mix of Survivor and the Bachelor.
