Good morning. Banjo is quite ill and I’m afraid we’re looking at making some decisions today. He’s an amazing little pup and my heart breaks at what I am seeing. I’ve been up with him all night, comforting him.

Afternoon! I had unexpected visitors from Wisconsin. My aunt, cousin and her hubby! Haven’t him in 13 years, 4 years for the others. Pleasant surprise!

We made it home, and passed 3 wrecks in a 5 mile stretch of I-59, just south of Meridian. We had 4+ inches in the rain gauge here at home.
Ah, the Fair started yesterday, and my boys turn 21 on Monday. It’s gonna be a fun week..if you have a cabin, a cook, and pockets full of money!

We went by E&L Barbecue on Bailey Avenue this afternoon and got a slab of barbecued ribs, beans and potato salad. After that, I lost consciousness for a while.
