FIRST!!!
I’m up early (obviously), hopping in the shower then off to Vicksburg to pick up chicken for the band. I woke up several times last night, afraid I had overslept.
XOXO
Morning, Hey Clucky. Don’t you just hate that feeling and wake up often. Hope you all have a great FRIDAY!!!
Hey, I have been meaning to ask, but where is our Blues man? I remember him slipping shyly in a week or so ago, but if he went home or moved again he failed to check in. Shame on him.
Oh! and OB where are you too!! I was talking to myself yesterday the numbers really dwindled the last few days. I know we have work and stuff going so I want be to ruff on anyone. Just hope everyone is well and the ones that have had the crud are getting better and stronger.
Mornin. Got a lot to do today, but seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I think my annual review is going to be today. Oh, joy!
Clucky, the birthday “girl” doesn’t look 100, does she? And, yes, Kiddo is quite photogenic. Thanks for the compliment.
Ok, gotta work. Have a good day!
I agree your grandmother looks exceptional. You and kiddo are both great looking also.
Morning! Red streak is me. We have three projects that must get out THIS week on top of getting ready for our Bodock Festival which organizers decided must be in one of the busiest weeks of the year. Heh!
I NEEDED y’all today. it was good to light here for a bit. Parrotmom, I noticed it looked like you were the only one in the room a time or tow, hang in there! You are not alone. We are here.
I needed to calm down and y’all did the trick. An early morning email truly irritated me and I just shouldn’t have let it, but it did anyway. “Lord help me to respond like You and not like I want to because I don’t have time to bury anybody today.”
Chuckling at your last comment. I have to continually pray to hear quickly. Slow to speak and slow to anger. that includes toward the person that want let me merge into traffic. Hope your day improves.
morning gang! all have a good day!
MsB only two more weekends till the big day?
BABY JANE UPDATE!!! This is from her mommy’s FB page.
“Well! Baby Jane continues to baffle the doctors. Saw her neurologist today. He is totally baffled at her diagnosis. She shows absolutely no physical signs other than her eyes being slightly closer together than normal, of Alobar Holoprosencephaly (HPE). He looked at her MRI from the NICU as well as the MRI they did on me while I was still pregnant with her (well technically the MRI was on her but she was in me!). He saw only one feature of her brain that would make him think its HPE. He told us he felt like she might not be able to walk. Charlie and I both looked at him and told him he ought to see her bicycle her way off a diaper. The dr kinda smiled and said he could very well be wrong about that! God is STILL at work in our precious daughter. The neurologist even stated that he saw 2 hemispheres to the brain that she does have. That’s not something seen with Alobar HPE kids. We are praising God for every miracle that He provides. Keep praying though! God is going to use her to reach people in His name and we are humbled and honored to be her parents and storytellers right now.”
Now, no complaining for the rest of the day. Rejoice!!
MrsH just goes to prove God is always in control and doctors may not always be correct (no matter how good technology may be).
Morning! Headed to the farm! I hope you have a great day.
Good morning, y’all. I gave myself the day off today. I had a dessert at a friend’s house recently and she sent me the recipe, so I’m sharing with y’all. It’s really good.

Morning, all. Realized this morning that I hadn’t washed a load of clothes all week. Busy today ’cause I don’t want to do laundry tomorrow!
Everyone enjoy this beautiful day!
Lunch everyone!!
Hey Gang! I am going to take a sabbatical from the site for a while. Haven’t got my feelings hurt, not mad at anybody, just need a break. I’ll be lurking in the dark corners. Wishing all a lot of smiles and hugs!
OB, you will be missed.
OB I agree with Molly you will be missed. Jump in whenever. Glad you let us know what you were doing. I can’t help but wonder with the small group on here and Marshall being on FB if he wants to continue this site too, I have enjoyed the Mrba for several years and have enjoyed getting to know everyone including Marshall. I’m not going anywhere just saying!!
Zipping through. Not a facebook lover. It is toooooo slow. I don’t have time for it.
OB, I’m gonna miss your tempting conversations about ice cream, biking through the countryside and your feelings on the upcoming elections.
We’re playing Madison St. Joe tonight. Always a tough football team, but they dont have a band.
Going to grab a quick nap before serving my sentence in the concession stand tonight.
Afternoon!
Don’t give up on me, just crazy busy. Been training my replacement at work…no, not leaving, but I will be assuming a new role that’s going to require me to shift some duties to someone else. It’s all very good and exciting!
Still fighting the crud, but it’s mostly allergy related, so I figure it’ll pass soon.
MrsH, I’m so very glad to hear the good news on Baby Jane! That’s really amazing!
Got a full weekend planned with my girls with soccer and other stuff, but I’ll check in when I can.
Love to all!
Evening may all your favorite teams do good tonight and this weekend.
Love and hugs to all.
First? That can’t be, can it??? Happy Saturday!
