My boss just called and said that his garage door won’t open, so he can’t get his car out and is stuck at home. I told him I’m gonna try that excuse one day and see how it flies.

I’m going to the AFK this afternoon for the Monday bridge game. Y’all behave.
Our internet was out yesterday and this morning. If it’s still out this afternoon, I’ll call AT&T. We often lose it in the rain (why? I have no idea), but it usually comes back up after a while. We’ve reset stuff on our end, so I don’t think it’s us. My daughters were not happy that I couldn’t download the latest episode of ‘Doctor Who’ which is supposed to be Amy and Rory’s last.
Afternoon, wet day up here! BB has a vet appointment at 3, he doesn’t like them. Just lounging around till then.

I had a dachshund lounging in my lap at lunch. His little canine feelings were hurt when I left him lapless in the chair. I wish I could have stayed with him for the afternoon, but I thought it might be too soon to use the “garage door is stuck” excuse.

Watched DWTS with Mom tonight. My Monday night tradition.
I have a bit of a mystery on my hands. I got a package today at the office containing a very nice bracelet. No name, no idea who it came from. Assuming it’s a late birthday present. I’m a bit puzzled. :)
It rained most of the day (or drizzled, that is) in Jtown. Still misting here in Gtown, but I think it (maybe) gone for the night. We’ll see.
