Good Morning!
Marshall hope you have a great week too.
Good morning. Is it raining where you are? Our county fair opens Tuesday. Now that the girls have their own transport, I don’t have to go. For the first 6 or 7 years that we lived in George County, Mr. H managed to be out of state that week.
Mornin!
Moisture dripping from the roof, but doesn’t seem to be raining here. I don’t know if it did during the night, I slept like a log!
Yes, let’s have a great week!
Morning! Our weekend was a blast! Now I’m anxious to gather all the pictures & show them to Mom & Dad. And, already making plans for next year.
Everyone have a good Monday!
Morning friends! I have a dental checkup in Tupelo, so gotta get a move on.
morning gang!
Mornin. No rain in Rankin County today. Not a cloud in the sky. Came a really hard shower for 20 – 25 minutes late yesterday morning.
Not in Pearl though.
I have good news…
The chemo drug we’ve been waiting for is at the hospital (fresh from Italy) and has Orville’s name on it. The doctors had MRI & PET scans done Friday to make sure the tumor had not started to grow back. All is good and clear! We are now scheduled for him to be admitted to the hospital Wednesday morning (Oct. 17th) for a ‘do-over’ and get started with the bone marrow transplant again. His new birthday will now be October 25th.
If you’ve kept up with Robin Roberts (Good Morning America) then you know she went home last Wednesday at 21 days old. Meaning, 21 days after her bone marrow transplant the stem cells have been replicating and producing white blood cells building up her immune system enough that she can continue isolation at “home sweet home”. We are looking forward to that day, too! We’re going to “git ‘er done!” Praying that everything goes smoothly from here on out. {{{{{{MRBA}}}}}}
We love you and are thinking about y’all every day and keeping you in our prayers.
Prayers still going for Orville and you.
My phone is cutting off in the middle of conversations and hanging up in people’s faces. I’m going to have to get a new phone. There just aren’t enough hours in the day. I have to be at someone’s house in an hour.
Good morning!!! My arm is almost back to normal. If I raise my left arm, it’s still an effort to get it all the way up, but I’ll live. At least I can deal the cards now, so it’s all good.
Afternoon at 12:52 pm
Evening! I was out for three days so I had some catching up to do. Not as bad as I thought it would be. I have a GREAT editor. Just love him to death. I don’t have to wor my feathers to the quill when I come back.
I DID manage to slice part of my pointing finger less than an hour into my three days off. I was able to lay the flesh right back in place and it is healing nicely. I couldn’t wash dishes, though, so I went to Booneville a day earlier than I planned. Jon called me and said he’d make me a bed if I’d come spend the night with he and Aunt Sherry. How could I refuse? We had a great time. Went shopping all day Friday until we left for our camping trip. I came home rested and relaxed.
Alright. Those dishes are calling. Got to get home. (((((love yall))))))
Glad you are doing well CLady. Good to hear from you.
Home again at last after an afternoon of playing bridge and then going to poll worker training and running a couple of errands.
Evenin!
Just finished my Monday night ritual of watching DWTS with Mom on the phone. If Bristol Palin doesn’t go home, something ain’t right!
I hope is well with all y’all good people!
