   Mornin’!! Brrrrr!

   We had a catastrophe last week that will be remedied today (hopefully) by the end of the day. Mr. Fab worked until 2am last night, and is back at it now. His buddy ahowed up a little while ago to help him put and i do believe i saw a tear in his eye. (:

   The silver lining is that we have found that we have tongue in groove flooring throughout the entire house! SQUEE!! There is also gorgeous lap siding under the existing exterior finish. Expensive improvements we were dreading have now given us a breath of fresh air! God is good, every day!

   Now to GROUT that tile next door and get my boys their completed bathroom! Yay!!! It’s is going to be c-o-l-d tonight! I must admit, we may have a family gift of a patio heater. Lowe’s has them on sale, and we fell in love with them in CA almost 10 years ago.

   I picked up pecans this morning and helped Mr. H clear out where part of an oak tree came down last winter. I’m about whipped and I think I still have little pieces of briar stuck in my fingers. The dictionary here doesn’t think “briar” is a word, either.

     if “briar” isn’t a word…there should be a different dictionary. And, as I type this, I see what you mean. It’s underlining briar like it’s not a word. We need to educate this dictionary…

   What a wonderful Thanksgiving it has been! In more ways than I can name!

   Clucky, I hate to hear you had another catastrophe, but glad it ended well! I’ll email you right now so you’ll have my addy. The one I use now has changed within the last year to a gmail account as well.

   SORT of watching THE game (and y’all know I don’t really pay attention to sports), and crocheting a very special something for a very special someone.
