    Morning! Didn’t win the Powerball but my numbers are good through December 26 because I buy them for a string of drawings. Maybe I can hit one of the little jackpots. $30-$40 million would be OK. I noted the C-L wasn’t staffed after 6 pm when they had the drawing because all their articles are talking about “what if” and how many sales there were. Actually, it was about 9 or 10 pm before they knew there were winners…two winners in different states.

    OB so sorry for your ruff morning. I hope PQ was able to get back to sleep and that you have or will be able to rest and relax. PTSD is no fun and can be caused by extreme incidents in our lives.

    Wow MrsH and Molly! First date anniversary. I remember the first day PQ and I had scheduled. I was at Hinds and she was at the “W”. A friend had just gotten a car and offered to take us to the “W” if I could get him a date. We took off from Hinds, got just north of Carthage and hit a cow. Killed the cow and the car. I didn’t make that date. We didn’t have cell phones but the farmer across the street who said he didn’t know who that cow belonged to did let us use his phone.

    Just finished an hour’s ride. That really felt good and helped clear my head. Got all my leaves and pine straw raked into piles. Now I need to get the wheelbarrow and pick’em up.

    Almost time to go home. Doc thinks reason thyroid is still screwy is taking generic and not name brand. I’ll try that for a month and see what it does then.

    OB, I had called Mr. H’s roommate to see if he wanted to go out to eat Chinese with my roommate and me. He said he had other plans but his roommate would love to go. I knew who he was because we were in band together. (In fact, he was that cute alto sax player that did such a snappy turn in front of me in the half time show!) Every now and then I imagine Mr. H hearing Kelly’s half of the conversation and making that slashing motion across his neck! (Thank you, Em and El, for that picture!)

    We’ll be eating Chinese this weekend :)

    Just saw on fb that Big Sis is in Astrakan airport. Her long trip of four flights has begun!!

    I’m still trying to pull my shoulders down from around my ears, I spent so much time hunched tensely in front of my computer today.
