Did you Spring forward? I did and it really hurt. I’m getting too old for DST.

You can’t blame it all on age & DaylightSavingsTime. That “easy” 15 miler that you ran yesterday probably left a little lactic acid “hangover”, too. Today’s trot will clear that out.
Great progress on your fitness. Five years ago, “easy” and “15 mile run” wouldn’t have been in the same sentence in your writing. Well done! You’re quite a role model for the rest of us when we get a set-back. Thanks.

I saw one of your blog followers link your writing with Lewis Grizzard’s last week. Your work is posted on the same wall as some of Grizzard’s in my home, so I guess ya’ll are linked in my brain, too. Good company!
To be mentioned with Lewis is high praise indeed. I am a little stiff and sore from the run. But more tired than anything else. The dog didn’t help me with the time change. She woke me up bright and early.
I could have never run 15 miles when I was drawing T-shirts for the Pope Cross Country Team. Well, I could have. I chose not to. Had to get my mind out of the way first.
Mawnin’ gang! The yellow pollen monster is upon us. I look forward to the rain to knock some of the pollen off. We could use some frequent rains over the next few weeks.
Hopped up this morning, went to early church, then to Denny’s for breakfast and Flying J for $3.39 gas. Think I may mount Bleuz and get a ride in before the rain. Hope everybody has a good one.
stumbles in/shakes off rain/makes BIG puddle in floor/gets coffee/ leans against counter/whew
So, what’s up kiddos?
Saw my first dogwood bloom yesterday.
OB, gas is 3.59 over here.:(
evening folks. Raining here!!
