It is so funny with what we are saying and the time it shows. Coop, no way to get an early morning work out at 12:18 pm it is afternoon now. LOL!!!!!

Well, Coop, at least its FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!! YAY! What a week it has been! Busy at work and yesterday I fell coming out of the nail salon. Yep, that’s me, I’m a faller! LOL I’m sure it was quite funny though. I was trying to make sure I didn’t fall on my nails and my phone goes flying UNDER a parked car! But, alls well that ends well. No pun intended, but I did land on my “end” (with all the padding) and the only thing it hurt was my pride. Y’all have a great weekend!

Saw where the country of Myanmar had an earthquake too. So sad. Terrible government there. Did you know that one of the largest groups of refugees coming to the US form Myanmar are living in Nashville? I hoping that my church builds some relationships with them.

AW, had to turn on the heat here too this morning to keep our central American visitor from freezing. Actually it was a bit cool in the house and didn’t hurt a bit.
Listened to the House and Senate on the computers this morning. This is known as “conference weekend” and they will meet briefly on Saturday and come back on Sunday afternoon. After hearing of their discussions with the Governor, I think I can report the budget to be in a quagmire with no end in sight. I can see “dummy” conference reports being filed on Sunday since they are unable to agree on the final numbers. Grrrrr. Making sausage ain’t pretty.

Whew! I have earned my little ol’ paycheck today. Had some VERY high maintenance clients in here for 3 hours. They were here Monday and gave us all the info we needed to do several documents, including a trust. They wanted it all ready to sign this morning. I had it ready. They came in and changed most of the info they gave on Monday and I had to re-do all the documents while they were here. I’m worn out.
Weekend! It will be spent prepping IG3 for Associational on Sunday. Then Sunday we have drill, then handbells.
Glad to be home!!
I realized (too late for the first bunch that came to my room) that some things are just too difficult to do with a large (25+) group. After that, I just demonstrated the origami crane and sent a sheet of paper and instructions for each kid with the teacher. I only had 20 minutes with each group, and I was supposed to get some Japan facts in with that. A globe and current events covered that part! Now my fingers are extremely dry and so is my throat. I hardly ever talk ALL DAY LONG!
the air is yellow
Yellow fog here. Hopefully this incoming rain will wash some of it away.
PD’s Explorer is horrible looking with the yellow and after it get’s dewed on. It is not blue. Decided to go ahead and have PD’s cousin paint the hall where we have some beautiful Blue/sky shiney ceramic tile. He took a sheet of the tile to sherwin williams and they matched the lighter shade of the tile to perfection. Only problem is the wall is darker. He took the paint back and told them to add more white. It still looks darker but then again we have always had white walls in the hall for almost 20 years. So not sure if it is just going to take some getting used to or have them lighten the paint up some more? We are using Eggshell which I never heard of that term till we had the bathroom done last weekend.
Marshall I keep looking for your daily cartoons and the only one I see is from 3-22-10 with the Guv. Am I looking in the wrong place? I haven’t gotten use to the new online CL yet.

I’m excited! Friend broke ground on our garden yesterday and me and G are making lists of the vegetables we want to plant!
We’re not having a garden this year. I’m tired of growing it only to lose it to the deer.
We are trying not to think about that… This will be G’s first garden and she is SO excited.
I’m going up to KO tomorrow to play in the yard with Mom. Plan to bring some stuff back for the garden in CS.
