    So wish that we had some sort of post office in Smithville now to ship those care packages to our fellow sufferers in Joplin. We have heard the the US Postal Service in all of its wisdom is not planning on having a Post Office in Smithville, Mississippi 38870 after our tragedy.

    Just left Smithville and this is exactly what’s being done..neighbors who lost everything still wanting to help others. Love this

    I am now hearing that the US Postal Service is going to rebuild in Smithville. May be a rumor, but maybe it’s true!!! And Marshall, I hope the truck that comes through Smithville will have a little better wheels, although I do LOVE yours!!! You know, MS roads are not known for their smoothness!!! LOL

    I miss that kind of compassion and generosity. It’s definitely NOT like that in other states! My heart goes out to those precious families who have lost so much. If I can do anything to help, please email me.
