CARTOON: The next spill

The Governor was in DC testifying about the Federal Government’s poor response to the oil spill and saying that the states should be charge of the next one.  I figured he might want to be careful about what he asked for.

    of course the Fed would wait 4 to 6 weeks before they sent the paper towels (which would be made in China)
