If it’s over 4 feet high, he better have some fall protection or OSHA will be on his tail…just sayin’.

    LOL…cute, and true.

    • Marshall Ramsey says:

Dave’s a nice guy who has a heck of an obstacle to overcome in the next two months if he really wants to be Governor. Phil has been around a looong time.

  3. Mike says:

I think both men would make a great governor. However, I intend to vote for Mr.Dennis for one simple reason. Mr. Dennis is not a career politician. Right or wrong, this is my feeling and how I will vote on Aug. 2nd.

  4. Bett says:

Thanks Marshall! You are looking at the next Governor of the State of Mississippii!Dave will make it to the TOP! He is an outstanding businessman who will bring excellent private sector skills and leadership to the Office of Governor.

  5. Marshall Ramsey says:

Been amused at the Tweets trying to spin the cartoon into a positive. Dennis has a big mountain to climb with a very short time to climb it.

    • Ricky McCraw says:

Pete Johnson was the party chosen one in 1991 – an unknown man from Vicksburg, Mississippi, with little to no name recognition beat him. Kirk Fordice was one of the best governors Mississippi ever had.

      • Marshall Ramsey says:

Didn’t say it wasn’t possible (Jimmy Carter won the Presidency out of nowhere, too), but judging by the poll numbers I’ve seen, he has a huge mountain to climb. The point of the cartoon.

P.S. Dave’s no Fordice (no one is. Fordice was one of a kind.)

  6. Sue Dennis Tracy says:

I am so proud of my brother! Despite the obstacles, he is willing to do all he can to serve his state. Dave has always been so concerned about the well being of his family, his employees, his community, his state, and our nation. No matter what the circumstances, Dave has felt it of great importance to be of service to others. Now, he has chosen a very special way to serve the people of Mississippi. Our nation needs more people like Dave, to be willing to provide dedicated leadership.
