   Marshall, did you know that Ray Cagin (I think that is his name) former Mayor of New Orleans is now a “Disaster Management Consultant” and has written a book!!! DUH

       Actually, the governor of Louisiana was a worse than Nagin. After reading George Bush’s book I gained a little more respect for him than I once had, he wanted the government to come in and establish some kind of order waay before the government did, but the allmighty woman in charge refused. You would not believe what they had to go through to get it done.
