Morning MR and gang! Lazy up this way too! Too hot to function, we’re under a severe heat advisory.

  2. Mrs. H says:

PM, in answer to your camp question, I suppose you could find a church that is sending their kids to Mark’s camp and volunteer to be a chaperone!

Here’s a website about Waukaway from a former owner which contains some pictures.

My first ex-husband’s grandmother and uncle lived in Pachuta, MS (home of the Dizzy Dean charcoal plant – but no traffic light in town), which I see by the driving directions is the exit you take to get to Waukaway. It’s hard to imagine an exit for Pachuta.

where is the jackson academy of performing arts? I know I could google it but y’all can give me more specifics like what it’s near.

    • dhcoop says:

If it’s the JA Performing Arts, then it’s at Jackson Academy on Ridgewood Road. Do you know where Parham Bridges Park is on Old Canton/Ridgewood Road? JA is just south of Old Canton on Ridgewood.

tank, I’m thinking it’s the old Bailey Junior High School which is on North State Street at North State and Woodrow Wilson, south of University Medical Center. Better look it up to get the real story though.

I finished “World Without End” last night and got into Nora Roberts’ “Chasing Fire.” “Pillars of the Earth” had a mini series that came out last fall and this is their website and trailer: http://www.the-pillars-of-the-earth.tv/

“World Without End” is going into production also. This page tells about this book and mini-series: http://www.ken-follett.com/bibliography/world_without_end.html

david crowder will be there in november. that’s quite a ways off but if nothing happens I hope to be there. they are calling it quits after this tour. maybe some others would be interested in going. we could meet for supper somewhere and then go to the concert. I think it’s general admission, not reserved seating. I’ll call next week and be sure.

afternoon to everyone. Coop I hope your cheek is better after that sting, oweee!!!

OB, I did ask about the other med and was told several different reasons why it would not be good with PD. As far as foods to watch out for doesn’t come into play for PD since he is life needs with a peg (feeding tube) with formula. All his meds have to be crushed and be given though the peg also.

I worked till about 3:30 this afternoon and still have more to do but am now closer to zero then 100. Yay me!!!

  12. OldBopper says:

PM, sorry he can’t have that medication. Hope he gets regulated soon.

  13. Barb says:

PM, glad you are getting caught up. Sorry for the reason you got behind.
    Tank, that sounds good.
