I think fortification must be the worst road in the state. I don’t understand why they don’t fix it and fix it right.
the endoscopy center in the watkins building is one busy place! makes for some good people watching. they were only one hour past the appt time getting hubby back. his test results were good though. doc did do a biopsy as precautionary but I’m not gonna worry about that. I think it will be fine.

the pastor was asking for prayer requests last night. one lady said “pray for jane. she at at so and so chinese restaurant last night and has a severe case of food poisoning”. another member lifted his hand immediately and said “please pray for us too. we ate there last night”. yikes!
I hope it wasn’t the China Buffet in front of Wal(China)-Mart in Pearl. They have the best sushi in our area and oysters on the half shell.

Sorry I didn’t check in yesterday. Good news from UMC. But…went to the dentist this a.m. for an x-ray of a very painful tooth. Lo and behold, my first abscess! That woman tapped that tooth and had to peel me off the ceiling and bring me a change of drawers. Man, that HURT. I have to see a specialist (endodontist, maybe?) for the root canal. I may have to sell Mr Fab on the street corner to pay for this one…

get your checkbook out. worst toothache i ever had was when a root canal went bad years after it was done. there are specialists for that too. in my case i had to pay in cash, or sign a finance agreement before the dentist would see me. i was never so glad to get rid of a big wad of money in my life.

worst pain i ever had was when a dentist closed up a root canal too soon. he had to open his office on new year’s day. all lower case because my right arm is pretty much useless right now. clucky, i am so sorry for your pain…i would not wish that on anyone…exclamation point times a bunch.

Coop, I received a letter today telling me when my test was and a prescription telling me to buy a certain drink. I am thankful it is scheduled for a Monday the bad thing is it is the last week of the month, so I will have to reschedule, but will wait to see what PD’s ct scan has to show on Wednesday.
PM, we’ll talk… call me tomorrow… shouldn’t be as crazy at work.
Evening folks! Long day, rode my tractor most of the afternoon. I killed a snake an plowed up a bunch of field mice. Such is my exciting retired life.
Went to the lodge tonight and watched a friend recieve his 50 year membership pin and Lineman was honored by the grand lodge and the Boy Scouts National Headquaters.
