   Mornin!

   I’m sitting on the deck at the lake. Just watched a great blue heron walk up to, and stand by a wind sculpture of a great blue. I think he was flirting with it! LOL

   MOrning, off and running since before 7:00. Oh well, that is life.

   Good morning. Been to Men’s breakfast at church then stayed for early church. PQ went over to Em’s to help work on addresses for the “Save the Date” magnet mail out. Things are coming together rapidly. Invitations have been printed and are being addressed, PQ made the bridesmaid’s gifts, the cakes have been ordered, the organist and priests are firmed up as is a wonderful baritone for music. The groomsmen have their tuxedos ordered. The bridesmaid’s luncheon is all set. Several showers are on the agenda. Flowers are in capable hands. Still have to set the menu for the reception. According to Em we are about a week away for that. The rehearsal dinner is set. The band has been contracted…..I hope they know some slow songs. Yep, it’s getting there.
   April 14, 6:00 pm, St. Andrews Episcopal Cathedral, Capitol Street, Jackson. Save the date. You are all invited and welcome but I don’t think the MRBA will get formal invitations. Please don’t let that stop you from witnessing this special occasion and enjoying the reception afterward at River Hills Club.

   I posted a picture of our daughter Emily and her fiance Andrew on Facebook. It was taken at their engagement party this past weekend. I think additional pictures will be in a future issue of VIP magazine and the Northside Sun.

   The day went smooth then had a visitor show up as I was about to leave now running behind schedule.

   evening gang! thought I had posted earlier.. guess not.

   just had a really good supper – spicy garlic lime chicken. – recipe is on allrecipes.com
   fixed some green beans and brown rice to go with it. there were no leftover, except for the extra piece of chicken i cooked for m or i to have for lunch one day next week.

   everyone have a great evening.
