Morning 6:50 am and 34 degees. Running a little behind than I prefer. The moon rise was beautiful last night . Tried to call Clucky to share .everyone have a great day. My last day to work
Mawnin’ y’all. Brrrrr, chilly out there but the sunshine is beautiful. Sure would like to take advantage of this “long” weekend to ride, but I think it’s going to be too cool.
PM, I hope you can get some rest during your time off. AW, sounds like your Dad is tough as nails. I hope he is doing better.
Y’all be sweet and play nice.
Mornin! Have a great day!
Morning, headed to the hospital to pick up Mom and go meet with staff at nursing facility here near my home. It is about 1.5 miles away.
morning gang! everyone have a great day!
Mafternoon? Well it’s right at 12 noon. Sorry I didn’t pop in yesterday My editor kept me hopping. It has been a pretty busy two day.
Bopper if you lived in NE Miss I KNOW you wouldn’t ride this weekend. It’s going to be COLD!
Alright, I’m going for chinese with the girl here. See y’all later.
You’re right Cardinal. It’s too cold to ride. I’m good in the high 50’s but cooler than that and I turn into a wimp.
The House of Representatives spent several hours on a bill to curb the AG’s ability to hire outside counsel. Then it was declared improperly before the House by virtue of a ruling on a point of order. Bet we haven’t seen the end of that fight.
Alright, streaking through again. I’m determined to get home before the sun goes down tonight. See yall tomorrow.
Evenin
Well, the wedding plans are starting to gel. We nailed down the food and drink for the reception at River Hills. The band is signed. It’s called “Meet the Press”. Photographer is hired. Worked out several logistical problems this evening. April 14 is coming quickly.
“Meet the Press” is really good, OB.
Evening everyone. We are really short timers now. PD may be a little extra work now, it will be great to slow down some. I go back to work on the 20th, good Lord willing. PD is getting stronger, he can walk with supervision. With short term memory loss he sometimes has to be reminded the sequence of his steps so he doesn’t loose his balance. Other than receiving a call the fancy iPhone is not going to be reliable for outgoing calls. So he will have to rely on the old fashion phone to call out. Will have big buttons but will have large memory buttons that will have a picture on it.
AW I hope your dad is better and the place for his therapy was to your liking. I hope he improves quickly.
PM, here’s hoping everything goes well and evens out for you and PD. Good luck and prayers continue.
Hope things continue to improve!
Anyone heard from Clucky about Mr. Fab? Also, any ill effects from her fall?
Hey Barb, thanks. I haven’t heard from Clucky either. I wonder what day she sees the doc next week. We go on Thursday morning.
If you thought our AGs hair was a bit long, I hope you saw the footage of him in the Supreme Court today. The opposing lawyer had his ponytail held back with a scrunchie. I used to wear those in public. …in the 80s…
