Fit-to-Fat-to-Fit Blog: 5/25/12

Goal weigh: 195 lbs.

Normally I’d be running right now, but I took the day off. It’s a rest day — I’ll do a long run tomorrow morning.  Rest is a good thing.  Right now I need more of a good thing.
