Morning to you all and Marshall I second that motion!!!

37 degrees here on my side of town.

Prayers for all of you waiting to hear back on job interviews and to all that are not feeling well, including CP and Orville. They are going through some dark, terrible days with this cancer treatment, but praying that God will heal Orville and he want ever have to go through this stuff again.

  2. blues4you says:

    Good morning.

Hope to be home by wednesday.

  3. Mrs. H says:

Greetings this morning. Tomorrow, our choir will be boarding a bus and heading to Jackson to sing with the large choir at the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board annual meeting. It’s going to be awesome.

  4. Molly says:

Mornin. At work early. Boss was supposed to be here to get a file and be out the door no later than 7:45. It is 7:47 and he is a no show. I have never known that man to be on time.
He’s not the reason I’m early, though. My car has been in the shop for a week now. Hubby was off work last week and was my chauffeur. This week, Kiddo has the honors. And, apparently, I am cutting into her morning social hour. Poor baby.

    • Legal Eagle says:

It probably is, Molly. I remember when I got my lincense at 15, I was delighted. But my mother worked in a bank on Capitol Street in downtown Jackson and it became my job to pick her up from work in the afternoon. Driving soon became a drag.

  5. pncpnthr says:

Morning. Not much more to say. I need an “amazing week”, as MR said.

  6. dhcoop says:

    Mornin!

It’s COLD! And, we didn’t think to set the heat before leaving on Friday and it’s 55 degrees in the office! brrrr

  7. Legal Eagle says:

Let’s all have a great week this week! Sounds like a plan to me, so count me in too.

  8. msblondie says:

    good morning!

It is already an amazing week. I have been made an offer from one of the jobs… It is the 2nd choice job but right now it is an offer for a job. Now to find the stuff they need.. I gotta burn up some phone lines..

Good morning! Well! there was frost on the pumpkin this morning! I know that because my son brought me a pumpkin home yesterday. It was also on the roof and in patches on the ground. No more mowing in this territory.

But the leaves! Oh the leaves that have left the trees in just a few short days. I guess they are ready, though because they came on early this year. They are worn out from making chlorophyl by now. The ALMOST full moon, as they stressed on the weather channel yesterday, was BEAUTIFUL sliding up the periwinkle sky last night.

  10. parrotmom says:

CLady I love your description of a Periwinkle sky. We had frost on the rooftops here too!!

  11. Airwolf says:

Afternoon! Headed back to dentist, temp bridge is broken in half and in my shirt pocket! Grrrrrrr

    Congrats MrsB!

  12. parrotmom says:

AW not a happy camper and I would not be either. Hooe they get you fixed up soon.

  13. parrotmom says:

Evening everyone 7:25 and 50 degrees.

  14. Mrs. H says:

I am so glad to be sitting here doing nothing. I am bushed.

  15. dhcoop says:

    Evenin!

Wasn’t able to watch DWTS with Mom tonight. Something’s wrong with Direct TV local channels. Not complaining though. Been following the storm in the NE. I don’t have problems.

Hope everyone is okay this evening.

  16. Clucky says:

    Mornin’. Brrrr.

    • parrotmom says:

Yes it is brrrrrr cold at my desk, but my strawberry milkshake from sonic hit the spot. Had heater going and wearing gloves. Yumyumm!

  17. Molly says:

    I second Clucky’s “brrrr”

  18. parrotmom says:

Good Tuesday morning. 7:40 am. Temp at 5:30 and 7:00 at my house was 36. Heavier frost on rooftops and more on the ground. Awesome drive in to work. A full moon on my left and a gorgeous sunrise on my right side. Now sitting at my desk and looked out the window and still able to see the full moon. Isn’t God’s creation wonderful.

Prayers to all if you today and to the people in the track of this horrible storm. Love and hugs.

  19. dhcoop says:

    Mornin!

PM, I also enjoyed the moon going home yesterday afternoon and then again this morning on the drive in. It was awesome.

    BRRRRRR

  20. Airwolf says:

    Morning! Moon was awesome earlier.

  21. msblondie says:

    morning.

  22. parrotmom says:

It’s after 12:00 and it is beautiful outside.

  23. Clucky says:

All 3 of us are in bed with something vile. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear it was the flu.

  24. parrotmom says:

Evening everyone. I still hear the raccoons in my attic having fun, but only one has been caught which was the first night. I wished the rest would finally move out.

Hope you all have a good evening.

  25. dhcoop says:

    Evenin!

Clucky, I sure do hope y’all don’t have the flu!! I’m glad I got my shot… Hope y’all get to feeling better soon!

Congratulations to MsBlondie!! So proud you found a place to land. It’s tough right now, I know.

It’s definitely getting to be fall. Chilly with a chance of COLD!

Y’all need to continue to pray for CornPop and Orville. They are having some tough times, but they will prevail. I am sure of it!

Had a long talk with Mom tonight. Apparently, Dad came home with a new kittie-kid last week. Showed up at his job in town. Orange tabby with a bob-tail. Rode home on his shoulder. They named him “Bob”. Go figure. Rides on the four-wheeler with Dad. He is so happy to have a new buddy. I love my parents. I’m lucky to still have them, I know. Can’t wait to meet Bob.

    Love and hugs to all.

  26. parrotmom says:

Happy Halloween and Wednesday. One in the same. Coop, glad you dad has a new buddy—Bob!!! Love the name. the time is 6:38
