Afternoon! We’re floating along up here!
We’re going to be floating soon too, I think. The high is 75 degrees and I’ve got the air conditioner on. The temperature will be pleasant for another couple of days and then Tuesday’s temperature takes a plunge.
AW love the floating along comment. Love the sunshine not sure about th 77 degree temp.
Took advantage of the sun this afternoon. Went for a nice relaxing ride.
We had about 2 hours of sun and broke the temp record for this date! 76 degrees!
I hopped in my little red car Sat afternoon, and dropped the top and went for a ride. Like OB, had to do my gettin’ while the gettin’ was good!
I ventured out to pick up an old metal chair to replace the one I’ve been using while I sew. I recovered the bottom (fabric & staple gun!), then made a slipcover for the back. I’m tickled with the results.
The sound of saws and hammers were buzzing all over town. I guess the guys all took advantage of the beautiful weather to work on honey-do lists. OB, we’ve been trying to steam clean since Christmas but it has been way too humid.
I’m tickled to learn that MR sold out of books at Cuz’n Dave’s! I had no idea they would be on sale, but I was able to order 3 instead of just one…now to decide who get the other 2…:)
It’s 4am and I’m still wide #&$@ awake. The Lord must want me to be nocturnal.
