Happy Saturday morning. About 10:00 am. OB enjoy your ride and stay safe. I’m at the Farm and I don’t mean the country. Enjoy your day, it is yours.
The girls are in the living room having their small group study. We’ll be off to the church for lunch in a bit. We’ll try not to disturb the funeral happening on the other side of the building.
Dr. T’s father-in-law passed away in Canton yesterday. He’ll be doing the funeral, probably tomorrow. Our music minister will be preaching at ABC after having to step up in D-Now all weekend.
Morning glories! Chilly on my hill. Sunshine is wonderful.
Daddy’s room mate died yesterday, he was 93. Nice gentleman. Daddy will miss him. They looked out for each other.
Went to see my friend, who fell from the ladder, last night. He is suffering the agony of the damned with the broken ribs and back but is tough as whit leather! I helped him get up and he walked to the nurses station back! He wants go home!!
Have a great day and enjoy this weather!
I certainly hope he gets better soon. The pain has to be near unbearable.
Sorry to hear of Dad’s roomie.
Today is the Junior High Pageant. We’ve been at the beauty shop an hour an a half already. O_o She’s already beautiful, but WOW. She looks AMAZING.
Sorry I’ve been AWOL this week. After we make it through tonight, hopefully things will return to normal!
XOXO
I’m picturing clucky on one of those (something pagent) Moms reality tv shows and can’t stop giggling. One of cluckster’s mommy meltdowns would make for some epic viewing.
Hey Clucky can’t wait to see some pics. Be sure and let us know how she does. Just had my usual at the Mexican place I go to. Am home and raccoons have had a good time in attic since I left this morning. They about through the trap off the brick wall it’s been sitting on. The critter catcher guy never came back like he said. Don’t know what to do for now. The last thing I want is a momma and babies up there.
Caught me a critter about 7:00 tonight. Waiting for the guy to come take it away. There is still one in the attic and it must be mad. It is stomping all over the place.
One of our youth won the Miss-“guy”ded” Rebel pageant at school this week. Out of 32 contestants, HE won most beautiful. His dad is so proud!!!
As soon as the girls are finished with their bible session tonight, we’re going to make brownies in the waffle iron. We’ll see how that turns out.
7:03 a.m. Sunday
Update on the brownie waffles: they certainly were tasty, but difficult to lift from the waffle iron because they were so soft. Probably need to reduce amount of water called for in the instructions. They would be excellent topped with vanilla icecream!
