Today’s Weight: 205! (a new low)

I did a long, slow hill run. Seventy-five percent of the run was uphill. I ran six miles in one hour. Part of it was in the woods. See how lucky I was this morning?

    I’m reading “American Assassin” by Vince Flynn and they are training espionage agents to run 6 miles in an hour, although Rapp can easily do more. The woods are beautiful and I know you enjoyed this morning’s run.
